Dance Hall Special
"As is" salvaged northern hard pine flooring. This material was removed from the top floor of the Bakerville (Connecticut) Mill, which was used for public functions such as dances, political rallies and meetings.
The material is tongue and groove with face widths of 3" - 6". Lengths are generally long (10' - 14'). thickness is a heavy 3/4". THIS MATERIAL IS SOLD "AS IS". IT HAS NOT BEEN KILN DRIED OR CLEANED. Most of the nails have been removed, but there may be a few still.
It will require considerable elbow grease to install this floor, but well worth the effort.
